Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No shows and cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may require rescheduling.
